About the Role
The Program Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing the delivery of academic and professional development programs at the Business and Technology School. This role ensures programs are designed to align with industry needs, student career goals, and institutional objectives.
In addition, the Program Delivery Manager ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence across all programs. This role oversees program workflows, process optimisation, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
The Program Delivery Manager acts as the backbone of program delivery—driving efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
The Program Delivery Manager leads cross-functional coordination between academic, organisational partnerships, sales, growth and marketing, faculty, and industry partners to deliver high-quality, impactful learning experiences.

- Timezone is West Africa Time (WAT) UTC +1 and Central Standard Time (CST) UTC -6
- CST Timezone Requirements: 4 Hours overlap is required thrice weekly (Monday, wednesdays and Thursday's) with (1pm to 5pm Houston, Texas, USA CST time) which is (7pm to 11pm Nigeria WAT time)
- Program manager coordinates weekdays and weekends programs.
- Handles program planning, strategy, KPI tracking, stakeholder alignment
- Handles day-to-day operations, SOPs, scheduling, faculty coordination
- Monthly Performance reviews are held every first Saturday's of a new month

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project/Program Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2-3+ years of experience managing programs within the learning and development, Edtech, software development, or other related field.
- Good knowledge of the latest Learning & Development trends with the zeal to educate and empower Africans.
- Good knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
- Strong process design, workflow optimisation, and operational excellence background.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Proven track record of operational excellence managing programs, new program initiatives.
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
